I write about philosophy but I also take photos.
Why philosophy?
I studied philosophy as an undergrad because philosophy made sense to me, even when it didn't. Looking back, I realize now that I've always questioned most everything. I've always wondered why and how. I've always taken the time to write it through, crafting equations to make sense of the world and I enjoy combing through those dense philosophical texts, looking for meaning. I love to argue and make my point. Some would say I always have to have the last word. I would never call my self a philosopher but I enjoy thought experiments and I enjoy doing good philosophical work.
I think it's important to remember that before there were scientists, astronomers, physicists, mathematicians, and astronauts, there were people asking questions. Someone once looked up to the stars, to the sky, and to the moon, and started to ask questions. I like to think that maybe that person could have been me.
